My school just had a year end lunch for all of its employees today. We went to a shabu shabu restaurant Vietnamese spring rolls. You cook the meat and veggies in a hot pot of broth then wrap it in rice paper and eat. It was very delicious and the veggie plate was so colorful and pretty I took a picture to share with you.

I figured out how to fix the tiny picture problem! It was a setting on my phone!
