If you are in Knoxville you should go to the asian mart near west town and pick up a box of coque d'asse cookies. They are delicious, and I just bought a box to enjoy. I recognized them from having explored the asian markets in Knoxville a couple years ago. I bought them for the name which made me giggle, but they're really good. They also come individually wrapped which makes it easy to eat just one. (or two.)
Go get some and tell me what you think. I am going to go enjoy my after-dinner Coque D'Asse. Lol
